Not only will you have two stunning log homes, the rental also includes a massive clubhouse with: pool table, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, arcade hoops game, toddler room, bar, lounge, 70" smart tv, dining room, work offices, two bathrooms and more. Only 5 miles up the road is the beautiful 4,700 acre Cannonsville reservoir where we have our own kayaks parked for your use and only 2 miles away is public access to the Delaware River. THE SPACE: Two log cabin homes! The outdoor POOL is scheduled to be completed by mid to late June, no promises but we are on schedule so far. It will be next to the Bear Lodge. The Bear Lodge is a classic log home with a cozy feel and decor that's typical of a mountain log home. Each home has three bedrooms, two on the first floor and a second floor master suite. The Bear Lodge has a private outdoor balcony off the master bedroom, a covered front porch and a rear deck. The Elk Ridge is a bright, open space with a loft and second floor master suite. It has a two story living room with floor to ceiling windows, an outdoor deck and a hot tub is planned to be installed in the near future. FUTURE SPACE: *The Eagle Manor is a grand 4000 sq ft 5 bedroom house with soaring ceilings, two master suites, two large gathering areas and a planned 18x20' heated indoor/outdoor pool for year round use. This house will be available upon completion late summer or early fall 2021. It is not part of this current listing. Prices will change accordingly once this house is added to the package. THE CLUBHOUSE: Located a short walk from the houses, closer to the main road, is this enormous space with a vast array of things to do for all ages. There are so many different rooms and gathering areas to accommodate the largest of groups. You can play a game of pool with adults on the main floor while the kids run around and play games or hide and seek on the lower level. There's office space as well if you need to catch up on work. This is the ultimate clubhouse, game room, lounge, dining space and more. *Exterior security cameras are on the property pointing to the outdoor spaces for safety. Summary: Nestled in the foothills of the New York Catskills 150 miles northwest of New York City is a place called Paradise Falls. It was named many years ago and as soon as you arrive you will see why the name was chosen. It has been in our family for almost 100 years. You can still see remnants of the gristmill that use to operate there. Many great memories have been made at the Falls and we would now like to share our slice of paradise with you. The rolling creek, a feeder searching for its mama - the Delaware River, runs down the mountain side and over the rocks to give power and life to the falls. The steady flow makes you think that you far from civilization. But not really – only a short hike and you travel from the falls to the dirt road to a paved highway in a matter of a few minutes. Over thousands of years and a few hundred year floods nature has made this wonderful cave-like formation under and behind the waterfall. The flat rock is a great place for a picnic and enjoying the rushing of the water. The trees surrounding the area make a fitting canopy for this unique campsite. The mountain behind is great for climbing and a short walk down the creek will get you to the base of Jenson’s Ledges. The ledges are a steep hike up a mountain to a spectacular vista. Definitely worth the time and effort it takes to get there. There is also fishing, canoeing and kayaking down the Delaware along with a spectacular 18 hole golf course within a couple miles from the campsite. A ten mile ride in either direction on Route 97 will find you restaurants and shopping along with a bowling alley, access to fly fishing trips, movie theatres and other things to do. You can also purchase our own farm raised grass fed and finished beef for your grilling delight. Our farm which has been in the family for over 100 years is not far from the campsite. Come visit our slice of paradise you will be glad you did. The Space: Hidden waterfall retreat! Guest Access: This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with farmers, ranchers, and other property owners to offer unique outdoor accommodations on beautiful private land. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature! You'll have the entire campsite to yourself, as you'll be the only Campers enjoying this piece of paradise. Each campsite includes a 10'x12' safari-style canvas tent on a raised platform, and you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed inside (each site is different, see photos for the exact setup). There are no bedrooms on the main floor. 1. The master bedroom has a king bed. It is on the back right side of the house. 2. The front right bedroom offers two twin beds. 3. The front left bedroom offers one queen bed. 4. The back right bedroom offer one double bed. 5. The ground level suite has a sofa, kitchenette, private entrance, bathroom with a walk in shower and a double bed. There are stairs that lead to the ground level suite. Bathrooms 1. The first floor has a spacious bathroom with walk in shower, jetted Jacuzzi tub and washer/dryer. 2. The main floor has a half bathroom. 3. A second full bathroom with walk in shower is available in the lower level guest suite. Wagon House The Wagon House is behind the main house on the right side of the property, next to the waterfall and reflection pool. Each apartment has an additional fee per apartment. Please inquire. The Wagon House is not rented to separate parties but if it is not rented the owners reserve the right to use. The top floor Veranda Apartment sleeps 4 and features a living room, dining room, kitchenette, a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, one bedroom with queen bed on the main floor and one bedroom with queen bed in the loft. A back deck looks out over the lawn and fields. Outside and down a small flight of stone steps is the entrance to the Garden Apartment. This apartment sleeps 4 and has a full kitchen, dining area, living room, full bathroom with tub/shower combo, laundry room, one bedroom with a queen bed and one with a double bed. Outside the main level there is a wrap around deck overlooking the gardens and fields beyond. The expansive lawn surrounds the main house and the Wagon House providing an unlimited amount space for play and entertaining. Directly around the front of the home tree's provide a shaded lawn area. Below the house and around the Wagon House there is a sweeping lawn that includes a colossal fire pit, koi pond with 24 foot waterfall and plenty of area for entertaining and outdoor play. The front of the property that runs along the road is fenced and landscaped to allow for safety and privacy. In the summer perennial gardens provide the perfect backdrop for lasting memories. Just across the field is over a mile of private river front directly on the Delaware River, perfect for canoeing (canoe not provided), rafting, swimming, fishing or just a spot for a picnic. Hiking trails across the street give magnificent views of the farm. Wintertime there are places for sledding and endless amounts of room to snowshoe or cross country ski.

Formerly a bed and breakfast, our property is a perfect destination for groups looking to spend quality time together in a spacious setting that balances privacy with togetherness. Situated on a stunning 150+ acres filled with open pasture, 3 ponds, a creek, and woods ready for exploration. Follow tracks up the rear meadow to a far tree line and explore nature on a trail through our private woods. Then head inside our 5,800 sq ft home filled with natural light and numerous rooms for relaxing, playing, reading, swimming, remote working, and spending time together. The room off the kitchen reveals a full-size indoor pool along with a hot tub in the corner where you can unwind and let your cares slip away. There are sliding glass doors along two walls that can be opened for fresh air during warm months. Four of the five bedrooms are on the first floor, including one bedroom/bath combo that is ADA compliant. In addition to the kitchen, dining room, and great room, there are also two extra rooms (den and office) containing desk space for work or hobbies. And don't forget the family room in the basement equipped with a billiards table, games, and a TV. After a long day, relax on the large deck containing a wrap-around couch and firepit under a wood awning or dine outside at one of the two umbrella-covered tables. On the opposite side of the home is another deck accessed by sliding glass doors from two different bedrooms. The outbuildings on our property are not currently in use, aside from a south-facing (opposite of the house) apartment at the end of one of them. It has lots of space to accommodate our guests including nearly 2 acres of the surrounding land with gorgeous perennial gardens, a bubbling mountain creek and berry bushes, raspberries, gooseberries and currants among them... We invite you to visit and create unforgettable memories! Guest access The house has a generous parking. We also have a front porch and backyard deck with a gas grill for our guests to enjoy. We are a walking distance to downtown Andes with a choice of restaurants and entertainment. Many events are organized in the vicinity. The manager can assist with the information or you can "google" and find things you will enjoy. No pets are allowed in the house. We do love pets, however, the house is not pet friendly and has carpet in all bedrooms, basement and corridor. We kindly ask to not bring pets of any kind to the house. Please keep aware of any burn advisories and practice all necessary care with regard to the fire. - Pack out what you pack in, including loo bags! Leave campsite as you found it. - The property has a 1/3 mile winding easy-to-miss driveway, once at the top near the house, please look for the Tentrr sign on the right leading you down the pond road. Two queen-sized suites and a lofted "camp" room makes a perfect layout for gatherings of family and friends! Our home offers a private getaway on 6 acres of private land. Some of the features include over 5 acres of freedom for a variety of activities. Guest Access: There is a key code on the door, so you will not need to get a key. You’ll be given the code before you arrive. You’ll be provided a list and directions to hiking, kayaking down the Delaware River, favorite local restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Other Things to Note: We are in the country which means we are prone to normal countryside occurrences like power outages during snowstorms or rainstorms. You will probably need a car with four wheel drive during the winter months. The driveway up to the house will be plowed as much as possible, but please remember this is the countryside, so we will not be responsible for shoveling or plowing snow in the yard or woods. Welcome to our beloved Catskill Mountain home. This midcentury home was built on the land of a previous dairy farm. We purchased this home during the COVID-19 pandemic and began updating it to create an oasis for our Brooklyn family. We have 27 acres that includes private trails, a swimming pond with a beach, a playground, a fire pit, a deck, and an outdoor grill. Our home boasts 4 oversized bedrooms and 3.5 updated bathrooms. Two of our bedrooms have desks which are perfect for working/learning remotely. Our kitchen includes a new refrigerator, stovetop, and dishwasher. Our basement is an amazing setting for Apres Ski, a cozy family movie night, or a small group gathering; it is equipped with a restored vintage pool table, a wet bar, and a big screen TV. We border NYS property and can walk to local hiking trails. We are a 15 minute drive to Belleayre Mountain for skiing in the winter and beach/boating in the summer. It is a 7 minute drive from our home to the Village of Margaretville where you can pick up groceries, shop local, and dine. We are close to the Pepacton Reservoir which is great for boating and fishing. We have a security system in the home. Each renter will receive a unique access code to enter the home with the door lock and use the alarm system while they rent the home. There are two security cameras outside the home (one above the garage and one in the back above the heating oil tank). Our security system is monitored by Country Home Security.

There is a private entrance and a dock for swimming and fishing. The owner provides three tandem kayaks, a stand up paddle board, and fishing gear for your pleasure. A hammock provides relaxation. Located about an hour and a half from NYC and about 2 miles from Bethel Woods Center for the Arts (the holy grounds where Woodstock was held). Enjoy the scenic beauty, wildlife, and varied activities. We provide fire wood. We don't have a wood stove in the tent but we do have a small propane tent heater. It does a good job of warming up the tent and we do provide propane cylinders. We also have a small BBQ grill if you prefer cooking on that than the fire pit. You do need to bring charcoal for that though. We have plenty of BBQ tools, aluminum foil and plates, cups, bowls etc. Also, a coffee pot and tea kettle. We got this idea from bathrooms used on NASA spaceships, and we've used the Tentrr Loo countless times ourselves- don't worry! Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days. Other Things to Note: You are welcome to swim, fish, canoe and kayak on the pond. Perched above Goodyear Lake, Captain's Stateroom has an awesome view of the lake from a series of decks overlooking the water, and there is room for grilling and dining on the top deck. Some of the features you will enjoy include a wet bar with quartz countertop in the main living area, heated floors in the bathrooms, laundry facilities and a gas BBQ grill. There are 2 kayaks and a firepit for the shared use of all guests on the property, located at the waterfront. There are two separate units in this spacious home - This unit, Captain's Stateroom, which sleeps 6, and Captain's Quarters, which sleeps 4. They are self contained lock-off units with no indoor shared spaces. Each unit has its own kitchen, living area, bedrooms, bathroom and laundry facilities. The only shared spaces would be the front yard, and the waterfront area with 2 kayaks and the firepit. For a larger group, you can rent the entire house as Captain's Lookout. Dukes Cabin at Gilbert Lake is the perfect location for your Catskills getaway. The main entrance to Gilbert Lake state park is right next door, where you can lay on the sandy beach, swim in the lake, kayak, or hike the many trails. The property is 20-25 minutes to Cooperstown (Baseball Hall of Fame/ Dreams Park) and 15 minutes to Oneonta. Newly renovated in 2021, the cabin has an open floor plan, brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new bathroom, and brand new comfortable bedding. Hi speed WiFi, landline phone, and Sling TV provided with over 30 major channels. From the front deck you can listen to nature, and sometimes the stream that runs along the front of the property. The Duke's Pond 13 acre property has two 2-bedroom houses with privacy for each, but both are able to enjoy the beautiful pond - fishing poles are provided. This property is about 10 minutes to All Star Village or Baseball World and 20 minutes to Dreams Park - a traffic-free drive in this rural area. Duke's Pond I-The Cottage is a recently renovated small house in a private setting on 13 acres overlooking a beautiful large pond. Small and well behaved dogs may stay in The Cottage. Open living/dining/kitchen area - spacious and bright! Living room with satellite TV, WiFi. Amenities include telephone with local and long distance (many cell phones work in some areas outside), washer and dryer. All new laminate and tile floors throughout. Well-equipped eat-in kitchen with attractive pine walls, and including microwave and coffee maker. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has bunks and a twin bed. Surrounded by stunning mountain views, you will be launched into vacation mode the moment you arrive! Our 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom home is complete with an open floorplan on the main level, and an additional games and cinema room dedicated to entertainment and making memories. Beds ranging from King to Twin will ensure our home can fit your parties needs. This cape cod home was recently renovated, so you can rest assured knowing you booking a modern home. This is brand new to the rental market! So be the first to sleep in the sheets and utilize all appliances/furniture/activities straight out the box! The home has three levels, complete with a lower level designed for entertaining. On the main level, we have an open living/dining/kitchen floor plan fit with a bar (wine glasses, cocktail tools and accessories), games, and fireplace. Use Amazon Alexa to help you in the kitchen, or to connect your music and set the mood for your meal! 2 TV's are in the home - both smart with access to Netflix and whichever other apps you would like to login and use. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything and anything you need to feel right at home and cook up a storm. We have all the basics you would expect (place settings for 8, utensils, pots pans etc). This level also has a door that closes off to the downstairs - so if you are traveling with kids and you are concerned about noise level this is a wonderful option! Down on the lower level, we have created and entertainment zone for you. On one side you can engage your party and activity side with games and beer pong. On the other side chill with your guests as you watch movies or tv in our cinema room. Connect to the Bluetooth soundbar to set your vibe! You will also find a washer/dryer on the lower level for your use. We have very strong wifi that can allow for streaming and working from home. We provide a portable/foldable desk for you to setup your work station anywhere in the home. We provide snow sleds for you to enjoy tubing down the hills on our property. We also provide all the firewood and kindling you will need to operate the fireplace. We are pet friendly, and provide some water and food bowels for your furry family member so you don’t have to pack any! We have 4 ski mountains near the home. We are under 10 minutes drive away from Plattekill Mountain, and under 20 minutes away from Belleayre mountain. You can also ski Hunter and Windham which are about 40 minutes drive from the home - during covid they are only allowing pre-booked visitors and the passes sell out. So be sure to book your ski lift well in advance!
